The fully automated high-frequency RAPID module is the perfect addition for the automated storage and dispensing of frequently requested articles. Due to its extremely high retrieval speed, the performance and efficiency of the GOLLMANN can be increased even further. The RAPID is loaded via the fully automated loading terminal or manual fast loading. GOLLMANN’s revolutionary real-time expiry data recognition for securPharm and imprinted expiry data is included with the RAPID module. Requests for medicines are handled in seconds and are delivered to the desired dispensation point (up to 2,000 packs/h with double-gripper machines) via a bi-directional horizontal collecting conveyor belt (ultra-multipick dispensing system) that also moves vertically.

Transfer of the articles from the system gripper to the fully automated storage compartment of the RAPID.

After the article request, the medicines slide onto the bi-directional collecting conveyor belt – Ultra-multipick-dispensing system.

The articles are transported to the connected conveyor system or directly to the dispenser via the height-adjustable, bi-directional collecting conveyor belt.

Order-specific picking can be carried out in collection boxes with a connected roller conveyor system.

RAPID as a stand-alone version
